My fees are £150 per hour, please see services page for more details.

This varies between people considerably. I often see people for between 12- 36 sessions but I have also seen people benefit from just a few sessions.

There are several reasons why an autistic person might find traditional therapy difficult. I have discussed these in detail in my blog post here.

Yes, all sessions are online so you can bring someone or an animal with you if you would find it helpful. I do not provide family or couples therapy so I would only be treating you.

I am not currently offering ‘in person’ sessions but if this is really important to you and you can travel to see me in Rochester please contact me to discuss.

Yes, I ask that all new clients speak to me for 15 minutes to ensure I am the right therapist for them. I you would prefer for all therapy to be over the telephone this is also fine.

No, I am a Clinical Psychologist and not a Psychiatrist so I am unable to prescribe medication.

No, I have chosen not to offer this service so I can focus on providing therapy.

No, I work with Adults aged 18 and upwards.
